Define new workflow for the Request system

In order to use the Request System, you need to define the Workflows.
This is the logical path for each Request from opening to the end. Here you have to define the steps, groups, and input forms that will be used in the Workflow.

To define a new Workflow in midleo.CORE, you need to navigate to Control Panel -> Requests -> Workflows and select - Define new Workflow.



In the new window, you will see the logical blocks:



and the Workflow configurations :



First, you need to add the groups or the users that will be part of the process of this Workflow:



Now, you can add some Logical blocks:





To configure the Step, you need to select it and click the button edit:



A new window will appear, where you can change the name, assignment, Kanban status, Step order (on which place of the Process this step should take place), and optional checkboxes for deployment and changes.





For the end of the Workflow, you can select either the Manual(End block) or Automated(End Compute block) step.
Once you are ready with the Workflow, you have to publish it -> with the button on the right Publish Changes
